The project originated from the idea of expressing the feelings of the football fans through expressive fonts, illustrating protest shouts when they are not satisfied with the team.
The concept behind the project is simple and straightforward: 'Who serves well is not criticized by anyone.' Through this approach, we seek to highlight the importance of good service and customer satisfaction to avoid criticism and complaints. The project aims to sensitize companies about the relevance of providing quality service and seeking excellence in customer service, promoting a more positive and constructive relationship between the company and consumers.
